Yep. I did it. I skipped a day yesterday. Not only did I skip a day, I ate badly... and the sad part about that is, it wasn't even that good. I had a vanilla Dr. Pepper from Sonic and it tasted bad. I also had Pizza Hut pan pizza and it wasn't very good.
But today is a new day and I got my workout in first thing. Back to better eating today as well by starting off with a protein shake.
I feel so much better when I workout and eat right. I guess it's alright to have a reminder if I begin to forget why I'm doing what I'm doing.
A couple of more days, at least, on level 2 before I move on up. I gotta admit, Level 3 is a little intimidating and I haven't even seen it yet!
