Ok, 2/3 of The Shred done! I am trying to wrap my mind around continuing to do this everyday after the 30 day period. Are we just programmed to not want to do hard work? Is it just me? "I know it's good for me; I know it makes me feel better; I know hard work pays off; I know the right things are always harder...",
I say to myself over and over. They say it takes 30 days to develop a habit. I want this to be a habit so badly!
