Banana Nut Smoothie
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Small Banana
1 Scoop of your favorite Protein Powder (I use Beyond Organic Raw Vegan Vanilla)
.33 oz of Natural Pecans
1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon
7 oz of Water
Ice
